How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or your registered contact details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligible returns.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We currently deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Products sold directly by Menvice may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Some products, including underwear, supplements, fragrances, and certain hygiene-sensitive products, are non-returnable.
Do I need an unboxing video?
Yes.
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims relating to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, defective items, returns, replacements, or shortages.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping charges.
After inspection and approval, eligible return shipping charges may be reimbursed via UPI or Menvice Store Credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Affiliate Products
Are all products sold by Menvice?
No.
Some products featured on Menvice are sold through trusted affiliate partners such as Amazon and other marketplaces.
These products are fulfilled by the respective seller.
Who handles returns for affiliate products?
Returns, replacements, refunds, warranties, and customer support for affiliate products are handled entirely by the respective marketplace or seller.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other secure payment options.
Is online payment secure?
Yes.
Payments are processed through trusted payment gateway providers. Menvice does not store your debit card, credit card, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or packaging may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.
Are your products genuine?
Yes.
Products sold directly by Menvice are sourced from trusted manufacturers, authorised distributors, or verified suppliers.
For affiliate products, authenticity is the responsibility of the respective marketplace or seller.
