- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

- If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at info@menvice.com.
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit once handed over to the courier, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
