Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2025

At MenVice, we keep things straight. We’re a small independent brand, not a giant like Amazon — so our return and refund policy is designed to be fair for you, and sustainable for us.

If you’ve bought directly from MenVice.com, this policy applies. Purchases made via affiliate links (Amazon or others) follow those retailers’ policies, not ours.

1. Return Window

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After 3 days, we won’t be able to take it back.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order comes damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process this, we need a 360° unboxing video of the sealed parcel showing:

  • The package being opened from sealed state.
  • Labels and tags intact.
  • The issue (damage/defect/missing item) clearly visible.

Send the video + photos to info@menvice.com within 3 days of delivery.
Without this proof, we can’t process a return.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
  • Hygiene items (skincare, grooming tools, undergarments, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • Used items, soiled or dirty products, water-damaged, burnt, broken, or torn by you will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Combo sets and promotional sale items are non-returnable.

4. Refunds & Deductions

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999, but if you return an item, we deduct a flat ₹150 from your refund.
    👉 This covers outward shipping, payment gateway charges, and refund processing costs.
  • Example: If you paid ₹699, you’ll get back ₹549.
  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–7 business days after your return passes our quality check.
  • Refunds are only available for eligible returnable categories (not hygiene items, used products, sale items, etc.).
  • Shipping is always non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for T-shirts and only if they meet all return conditions.
  • Exchange is subject to size/stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • You’ll need to ship the return product back to us.
  • Use a trackable courier — we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
  • If your pin code isn’t serviceable for reverse pickup, you can return via India Post or another courier.

7. Affiliate Purchases

Products bought via Amazon or other third-party links follow their return policies, not ours.

8. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@menvice.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos + mandatory unboxing video

Our team will respond within 48–72 hours with next steps.
