Refund and Returns Policy

At MenVice, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Because we are a small independent shop, our return and refund policy applies only to products sold exclusively through MenVice.com. Items purchased via affiliate links (such as Amazon or other retailers) are subject to those retailers’ own policies.


1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you believe your item arrived damaged, you must record an unboxing video while opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show the packaging and the damaged product.
  • Send the video to us at info@menvice.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Without this proof, we cannot process a return or refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Hygiene products (such as grooming tools, skincare, undergarments, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • Used products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed via Google Pay or Cred only.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Affiliate Purchases (Amazon & Others)

  • For products purchased via Amazon or other third-party platforms linked on MenVice, all returns and refunds are handled directly by those retailers.
  • MenVice is not responsible for the return or refund of affiliate products. Please refer to the retailer’s policies.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@menvice.com with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos and unboxing video

We’ll review your request and respond with further instructions.
